For clients in San Luis Obispo County, I offer a unique yet fun approach: outdoor walk and talk sessions for both life coaching and psychotherapy. For California residents, I provide psychotherapy through secure virtual telehealth. For clients outside of California, I offer virtual life coaching only. I also specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility, IVF, and surrogacy. My approach integrates professional expertise with lived experience to offer compassionate, informed guidance during every stage of the family building journey.
For organizations and professionals, I provide supervision for associates and Bachelor’s level students, psychological and mental health assessments, case reviews, and expert consultation to support informed decisions and effective care.
